Check-In Time is 1.00 noon & Check-Out Time is 11.00am. Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability and would be charged as per the hotel policy. You are requested to inform us in case of an early check-in or a late check-out.

2. 06 -11 years will be treated as child and will be charged as per rates/package guidelines.
3. Children 12 years & above will be treated as adults.

1. 0 -7 days prior to stay – No refund. (on the full amount)
2. 8-15 days prior to stay – 50% refund (on the full amount) or postponement for 2months
3. 16 -30 days prior to stay – 75% refund (on the full amount) or postponement for 2months
4. More than 30 days prior to stay – postponement for a future date within 6 months
5. No refund for cancellation of reservation during the peak periods.
6. In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.
7. SUBJECT TO IDUKKI JURISDICTION.

1. Payments have to be made before the cut off dates mentioned for any bookings. Payments if not received before the cut off period dates of any booking will result in cancellation.
2. Cheques will not be accepted. All the payment has to be done through NEFT or cash deposit.
